What can be the via size of 0.8 X 0.8 mm pitch 484pin-BGA, Trace tickness

i normally use 18Mil annular ring and 8mil hole

pad size is .45mm X .45mm, pitch is 0.8X0.8mm, Minimum clearance is 0.2mm in this spec if we use above 18Mil annular ring and 8mil hole , getting clearance error wit adjacent pads

You stated that minimum Clearance between the pads is 0.2mm. Is this information given in the datasheet?
Could you please share the Part Number?

@shereesubahan, have a look at our OpenRex open source project - that is using 0.8mm BGA.
