Hi,
i would like to know why polygon pour doesn't connect to track or solid region
is there a way to solve that ?

First the tracks/regions should have the same net as the polygon - this may be obvious but it's quite important. Second, from the polygon properties you should select Pour over all same net object. If it still doesn't work after the re-pour, check your rules - clearance rules and polygon connect style rule.

you must select the net need to connect with polygon as well as select the option "Pour over all same net object".
