Meanders problems

In the Zettbrett course, I connected the RAM and then realized I made some mistakes with the XSignals. I deleted all the tracks and reconnected everything, but now I'm having trouble with length tuning. When I select meanders, it just doesn’t work on some nets. I already checked and deleted any remaining hidden meanders using the PCB list. Does anyone have any idea how to fix this or what is wrong?
