Can anybody share the PCB layout for ACS712 current sensor ? As I am struggling to route thicker traces for 30A to thin pads on ACS712 IC.

I would use planes, maybe consider to use thicker copper layer or you can possibly route the powers on multiple layers in paralel and using a lot of through hole vias to connect them.
I googled for pictures of "ACS712 30A layout" ... there you can find some inspiration e.g.
