I am curious if you people used fr4 dielectric or hybrid dielectric in Imx6 rex? If hybrid then can you please mention the substrate of each layer? Thanks in advance.

Here different dielectrics contant values i.e. 4.6 and 4.12. I wonder if all the dielectrics are Fr4 or you used other than Fr4 i.e. Rogers etc. Please let me know that. I will really greatful to you.

When you google for the specific materials in the "Description" column, you can find their specific characteristics e.g. http://www.ventec-group.com/products...-47/datasheet/
