IMX6Q ddr calibration issue

I have an imx6q custom board and gonna to run DDR calibration. When I open DDR Stress Test and run the script, it says Can't open USB device but the `uuu` tool works well and it can detect the usb to send bootloader via usb.
1. the boot mode is set to `01` Serial Downloader.
2. It's recognized by Windows and listed in the devices. I can see it in the list by uuu -lusb command.
3. I can send the uboot by uuu tool.
4. But when I am trying to run DDR stress test I get
