Hello All

With permission I am posting a request for some part time electronics related work. I am posting on behalf of a small start up in San Francisco which is developing a medical robot.

We are in the process of building a robot every several months. During that time we have a need for help with a variety of electronics assembly and testing. During that time we are quite busy and sometimes stretched to the limit of our bandwidth. So we are looking for someone who can help during those periods.

I am posting here because we are looking for someone who maybe a bit over qualified, but willing to help and doesn’t need any extra training to get up to speed. The main qualifications we need are as follows:

Requirements:
- Experienced in surface mount rework and soldering, specifically TSSOP and QFN
- Able and willing to work on repetitive tasks
- Solid understanding of electronics and standard lab test equipment
- Able to come to office in San Francisco

Good to have:
- Attention to detail
- Background in EE or related field
- Desire to form a long term relationship with the company for occasional periods of work
- Ability to come in during the day or afternoon (for example 3pm - 6pm)
