What are the names of these parts!?

Hi All
There are several pieces in the board that I could not recognize. Next to VCC, every IC has a piece called bc? Does anyone know what the name of this piece is? There is also another piece called fb on the board, which I guess is the Ferrite Bead.

RA = Resistor Array
FB = Ferrite Bead
BC = Bypass Capacitor.
FB = Ferrite Bead
BC = Bypass Capacitor.

this is not a normal way of doing it RA is normally just R or RX.. (so RA makes some sence)FB is normally just L since it is a coiland BC is normally just a C.
