I will use the Ethernet jack coded J1B1211CCD and drawing the example given by WIZNET.
The names of all the pins are not written in the datasheet. Does the pin order I made seem correct?

The encircled pin is pin 3.
Just look into a modular jack connector and see how the pins (to the cable connector) are bent.
For soldering we cannot get that close together so the pads are placed in a zigzag pattern.
In this case odd it bottom and even on top.
