What parameters are important for selecting a MOSFET? For low-power, high-power, and for high-speed or low-speed applications? Are there any guidelines or documents available? Can anyone provide them?

There are many parameters that are important... **depending on**...
And no, I cannot provide guidelines as it is not clear to what type and level you need them. You need to be specific for the application.

yes, depends on application. for example if you would like to use it as a simple switch, you may want to check the max current and voltage, but also gate voltage or the voltage drop. do you have any specific application in mind?

For example , application like : BLDC motor drive (ESC application ) or where high switching needed , cost effective 🙂

0.1A, 1A, 10A, 100A or 1000A?
1Hz, 1kHz, 1MHz or 1GHz?
$0.01, $0.10, $1.00, $10.00 or $100.00?
You have MOSFETs for all these specs. But it will not be a single MOSFET that can do it all.
