I want to build and simulate the circuit below. Then I will draw a PCB. But I could not achieve any success in the simulation part. The output is in the attachment below. Where do you think I might be making a mistake?

Which simulator are you using?
The schematic of the simulator (Colpitts VCO) is to small for me to read.
In my experience, semiconductors (as diode and transistors here) need models.

Ah yes, I see "subckt" now.
Are the default parameters for the diode correct for the varactor? (ie. Ron, Roff, Vf(wd))?
