Altium constraint manager opinions?

So that is the consensus abut constraint manager like 1 year after it got released? Should i stay on the old system or try the new one ? the thing that scares me is the 1 way only migration.

I am still using the old ones. I think I saw a roadmap somewhere and if I remember right, constraint manager implementation was spread over three years ... but I may remember it wrong

so I am also not sure how safe it is to use it

I only use standard edition so no constraint manager for me.However, I have not seen any (real) benefit for the designs I do on how I think it works. And with the new licensing system, I probably will never know either as I do not plan to go with the new term based system.

You can also return to the standard rules by opening the Project file in a text editor, turning off constraint manager flow, and then deleting the constraints.xml file. I imagine you'll lose some data, but you can definitely go back if you migrate a project
