Determining EOL

, 02-27-2024, 01:17 PM
Hi everyone, I am facing some challenges while searching for component's EOL. Is there any tool or website that provide all EOL information in one place? Please suggest me.

I mostly use the component manufacturer website. I have seen some EOL information on supplier websites, but sometimes that information was not accurate.

The most reliable place should be the manufacturer, but it can be difficult to find it sometimes.
Octopart provides this too, but as Robert mentioned, is it accurate?
Altium ActiveBom also use silicon expert.

I agree that Manufacturer's website is the best source for that but sometimes it is very hard to find in the website and sometimes their response time is too long. But at the same time if other websites also provide these details then I cannot determine how accurate it would be. So, summing up, if the part is so critical and not easily available then contacting manufacturer might be the best option. Thanks Robert and Qdrives
