flyback transformer questions

So i am designing a flyback that is meant to go from 42-60V input to 12-15V and 3.3-5V and another 3.3-5V isolated would be nice ,it does not need to be isolated. ( 100mA for all rails, .5A peak but i can use a few large capacitors to buffer that ) I am sort of having problems finding a proper transformer and i was wandering where can i look for some off the shelf ones Should i make my own from cores? I suspect there are some out there since this is more ro less PoE input and some common rails at the output.BTW should i go with a buck on the non insolated outputs? ( mostly considering for power efficiency but it is a extreme duty cycle anyway )

I would probably try to find a PoE reference design which would meet the spec I need and then used standard components based on its BOM.

I am trying that but often tge bom item is a semi custom one but I can try to search for a few more references, then again I may have more wiggle room then I think
