VNA simulation vs measurement discrepency smith chart

RF beginner here currently trying to tune a 13.56mhz antenna hitting a roadblock. However the measurement here I got is waaaayy too off from the simulation I've put on, I have no idea whyWould be grateful if anyone give any insight on why this problems occur?

Does the blue color for Open, Short and Load mean that you have done those calibrations or that you still have to do it?
