Can anyone share Layout rules or have some sort of cheat sheet so that instead of discovering rules on the go, one can also have the ability to be aware in advance. Are the rules the same for every layout? or is it specific to component and the rules are in the datasheet of the component?
Are there any generic Allegro rules?

rules are specific for specific PCB manufacturer and specific stackup. So you may need to set them up based on guidelines from your PCB manufacturer, for example based on something like this: https://jlcpcb.com/capabilities/pcb-capabilities
